✓ I agree to the following Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) with Oma’s Pumpkin Patch/Oma's Family Farm, a California business (“Oma’s”) as a condition for allowing me entry to participate in any or all of the following: wagon ride, family fun area, animals, jumpy pad, pedal carts, playgrounds, giant slides, and games, etc.

✓ I consent that any photographs or videos taken by Oma's Family Farm may be used for marketing purposes.

✓ Each ticket entitles ONE (1) person admission to Oma's during regular business hours. All attendees aged 24 months and older must have a purchased ticket for admission to the farm. Children under 24 months old are admitted free. Each child ages 24 months to 13 years needs a child admission ticket. Each adult (14 years and older) needs an adult admission ticket.

✓ Any of these activities, individually and collectively are referred to in this Agreement as “The Activities”. I also enter into the Agreement on behalf of my children and/or minor guests and agree that all parts of this Agreement shall apply to them (“I” and “my/me” shall collectively refer to myself and my children and/or minor guests). I acknowledge that by bringing minor guests, I am and agree to be the Responsible Party.

✓ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This season pass only applies to Recess Events at Oma's.
