I agree to the following Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) with Oma’s Pumpkin Patch/Oma's Family Farm, a California business (“Oma’s”) as a condition for allowing me entry to participate in any or all of the following: wagon ride, family fun area, animals, jumpy pad, pedal carts, playgrounds, giant slides, and games, etc.

By checking this box I consent that any photographs or videos taken by Oma's Family Farm may be used for marketing purposes.

Each ticket entitles ONE (1) person admission to Oma's during regular business hours.

All attendees age 2 years and older must have a purchased ticket for admission to the farm.

Children under 2 years old are admitted free

Each child ages 2 year-13 years needs a child admission ticket.


Each adult (14 years and older) needs an adult admission ticket.

Any of these activities, individually and collectively are referred to in this Agreement as “The Activities”. I also enter into the Agreement on behalf of my children and/or minor guests and agree that all parts of this Agreement shall apply to them (“I” and “my/me” shall collectively refer to myself and my children and/or minor guests). I acknowledge that by bringing minor guests, I am and agree to be the Responsible Party.

All tickets are final sale.
Purchase Protection

Please make an event selection to calculate coverage fee. When purchased, I will get a refund for my purchase should I be prevented from attending the event due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. I agree to the Terms and Conditions
I understand that if I am prevented from attending the event because of an unforeseen circumstance I won’t get a refund of my purchase.
